This is a presentation on jobs-housing balance in Pinal County.  It was made for a seminar of all planning commissions in Pinal County -- cities, towns, and the County -- as part of the Comprehensive Plan process. The presentation describes the importance of proper jobs-housing balance, shows trends in Pinal County compared to Maricopa and Pima Counties, shows research on long-term jobs-housing trends in 10 counties across the United States that are comparable to Pinal County, and makes some recommendations for planning.
